CHILDREN'S DENTISTRY OF MANATEE & LAKEWOOD RANCH

My son had his teeth cleaned by Dr. McQueen today. I think she might be the friendliest and most outgoing dentist I have ever met. It was easy to see she’s very passionate and knowledgeable about dentistry. She was very genuine when engaging in some fun small talk with me and my son while she also educated us both with tips on how to keep his teeth clean. She did it all in a very respectful, friendly way with positive energy. Children’s Dentistry of Manatee is lucky to have her and so are all the kids who get to have her as their dentist!

I wish I could give ten stars! I was extremely pleased with our experience at Children's Dentistry of Manatee, especially Dr. McQueen. This was my child's first dental visit, and I was expecting the worst. She has Autism Spectrum Disorder and is generally uncooperative and agitated in new environments. Dr. McQueen is a unicorn of a doctor - She is so very kind, patient, and gentle, and I immediately saw my daughter relax and feel at ease as soon as she stepped into the room and connected with her (this rarely happens). This was not by any means an "easy" visit, but it went significantly better than I had anticipated. The staff was amazing, including hygienist Karina (I hope I spelled that right). I would like to give a special thank you to Angie in reception. When I called to make our appointment, I was worried that I would be shamed for waiting so long to bring my child to the dentist. As any special needs' parent would understand, this can often be a very stressful thing to deal with. Angie made me feel completely welcomed and she was so very compassionate over the phone. I couldn't recommend this practice enough, they took what would normally be an extremely stressful experience, and made it into a pleasant one far above my expectations. I am actually looking forward to her next visit. Thank you Dr. McQueen and staff for your wonderful service!

Always such an amazing experience coming here with my now 5 year old. The staff are always attentive and patient and find ways to make the overall experience such a pleasant one!

Everyone is so kind and friendly you can feel the love. My kids love going to the Dentist.

Michelle is a breath of fresh air. Seriously she was so kind and took the time to explain every to my child and let him touch everything so he wouldn’t be scared. Dr. McQueen was amazing as well, so kind and courteous. It is a 40 minute drive for us each way but we don’t care, it’s worth it when you receive excellent service. Thank you!

Our daughter went in to have a tooth pulled at the LWR office. She was very scared, and I envisioned it was going to be painful. Delaney was AMAZING and put my daughter at total ease. Dr. McQueen walked her through the procedure and explained the tools used. It was over in no time, and we were on our way. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

All three of my kids go here and it has been a wonderful experience every single visit! The staff is kind and patient my kids love going to the dentist.

The dental hygienist and Dr.Morgan were so sweet and patient with my very scared little girl, but once they explained what they were going to do and let her feel how the polishing toothbrush would feel on her fingers, she was so much less scared and actually let them do the teeth cleaning. My daughter loved it!! I would highly recommend them!!

Everybody is the office is so patient and nice with the kids. Staff seems like they enjoy working there, too, because everybody is always happy. Dr. Ingram is the greatest dentist I've ever met, and she explains things to me (and my son) so it's easy to understand.

Such a great team and kind dentist! Our girls loved their first visit to the dentist and actually had fun! The team made my toddlers feel safe and happy and they are already asking to go back.

Dr Kristan was an angel sent from heaven today for my son Elijah. I had been stressed for weeks worried about a tooth that’s been bothering him and needed to be pulled. From the moment Dr K walked in the room the mood shifted and I knew we were in great hands. 5 stars aren’t enough for our experience today. Thank you so much!!

My son has a very hard time going to the dentist. But this office gets a ten out of ten. There wasn’t a long wait to get called back and started. They were professional and treated him with the utmost care.This office had more patience than any place I’ve ever encountered. I would highly recommend Children’s Dentistry of Manatee.

5 stars for Dr. Morgan again and again! Our 5 year old daughter had a toothache and ended up needing a crown which required anesthesia. Naturally, we as parents were highly concerned and worried about the process. Dr. Morgan was knowledgeable, kind, and took his time to answer all our questions. He runs his office with extreme efficiency and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Wonderful dentist. Wonderful person. Wonderful team. THANK YOU!!!

It was a please meeting Dr. Kristan Ingraham, she is a great addition to the office! My 4 kiddos recently had their routine exam and met Dr. Ingraham and she along with all the dental assistants/hygienists were great!

It is amazing dr.mcqueen was so nice and i got a diamond and the shape was cool. i got to try dr.mcqueens glasses i looked at the gem. it was cool. In conclusion amazing 10/10

Doctors and staff are awesome, as always!

They made what could have been a terrible dentist trip for my daughter not so scary or traumatizing at all. That fact alone is a big deal to me. When watching them work with my daughter I could tell they have a lot of experience. Dr Morgan is awesome he does his job very well And really helps keep the kids calm and comfortable.. they don't openly talk about pulling teeth and stuff like that so it's most definitely a kid friendly/family space. I know it's really hard to trust people with our kids esp w serious procedures but after watching them pull 2 of my almost 6 yo's teeth I never want to have to go elsewhere. She healed up very fast and they did a whole tooth fairy thing for the kids that have teeth pulled which was cool. They scheduled us in quicker than any other office I've ever been to as well. I even had a choice to follow thru with her Medicaid covered dentist or pay for this one (and dental work isn't cheap) and after meeting them and seeing how they do business I wouldnt feel right about taking her to the Medicaid dentist after seeing really good services are actually out there. Bottom line is if you have to choose to trust a dentist with your child this the one I'd recommend every time ❤️

Both of my kids have been a few times and they both love and look forward to going to the dentist now. This is a great office with great staff. definitely recommend

Had a great experience with my 4yr old. All of the staff were super nice and made him feel very comfortable. Only waited a couple of minutes before being called back which is a huge difference from other offices we’ve been to.

My daughter had a past horrible dental experience that has made her terrified of dentists. After a lot of encouragement i was able to gain a little trust for her to try again with a wonderful and highly recommended dental practice. The dentist and all of the staff made us feel welcomed and most of all comfortable, which put us at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything in detail and talked to us throughout the whole procedure, so we knew what was happening the whole time. The dentist’s and hygienist’s are all very kind and gentle. We left feeling at ease and truly cared for. Highly recommended by us dentist cowards.

My grandson has been a patient at Children’s Dentistry of Manatee for most of his life. He has attended every appointment and followed the dentists advice and is now 22 and has never even had one cavity! Every one from the office staff to the dental assistants and the dentists are both kind and expert at what they do. We are very pleased with the care he has gotten and how beautiful and healthy his dental health has always been under their care.
